Life is immortal,
And love is eternal.
And death is only a horizon,
And a horizon is nothing save the limit of our sight
~ Rossiter Worthington Raymond (1840-1918)
"A Commendatory Prayer"

"Bruin"
Left our lives, but not our memories on October 18th 2003
Bruin came into our lives, a shy and timid 3 year old. As the months passed, he came to trust us and seek out our love. We accepted him with our hearts.
He was the faithful companion of our stepmom, Diane. Wherever she went, he was sure to follow. She loved him more than anyone can imagine. She even saved his life from cancer by having his leg amputated.
Years have passed, and we are glad he was with us as long as he was. We will miss Bruin, we will never forget him, and we are happy that he is happy and pain-free.
~ Brittany Walls, Alana Glaves, and Caitlin Heagy
